Each pipeline contains five tags represented in different colors which can be edited and applied to leads. The tags can be used to associate desired information to the lead which will help to classify the lead.

To get started with setting up Tags, click on Settings from the top menu.

Select Tags from the left menu.



Setting up Default Tags

Default Tags are added to any new pipeline that is created.Please note that if you have an existing pipeline then editing the Default Tags will not edit the tags of that pipeline.

To edit the tags, click on the blue Edit button beside the tag.

Enter the desired Tag Name and click on Change.



Setting up pipeline specific Tags

Each pipeline can have different tags associated with it.Tags can be edited in the similar manner as Default Tags.
