You can filter your leads based on the tags associated with them.

To filter your leads by their Tags, click on the button with the tag icon on it (highlighted below). Select the desired tag from the drop-down for ex. tag "Big Customer" as depicted below.

Only those leads which have the tag "Big Customer"will be visible in your pipeline now.

You can remove the filter by selecting the None option in the drop-down.
