You can create multiple email summaries to send daily/weekly/monthly stats of various activities within your ClinchPad account. There are three types of summaries that can be created:
- Activity Summary: This summary can be created individually for any specific pipeline or user. You can select the type of activity for summary such as lead created, lead moved, Todo added, lead value assigned, file/note/zone/product/field/contact added or removed.
- Pipeline Summary: This summary can be created individually for any specific pipeline or user. This will send you an update on all activities within a pipeline such as lead moved between stages, or lead marked as won or lost.
- Missed Todos Summary: This summary can be created individually for any user. It will send you a notification of all todos that have been missed by that user within the set timeframe.
Setting up Activity Summary
To setup activity summary, select summaries from the Insights tab of the top menu
In the Activity Summary section, click on Create Activity Summary,
In the popup box, select the time frequency, pipeline, user, and parameters with which you wish you receive the summary,
Click on Create once done and you will see that the specific summary has been added to the list. You can edit or delete the summary any time you want.
Setting up Pipeline Summary
To setup pipeline summary, select summaries from the Insights tab of the top menu
In the Pipeline Summary section, click on Create Pipeline Summary,
In the popup box, select the time frequency, pipeline, and user parameters with which you wish you receive the summary,
Click on Create once done and you will see that the specific summary has been added to the list. You can edit or delete the summary any time you want.
Setting up Missed Todos Summary
To setup missed todos summary, select summaries from the Insights tab of the top menu
In the Missed Todos Summary section, click on Create Missed Todos Summary,
In the popup box, select the time frequency and user for whom you wish you receive the summary,
Click on Create once done and you will see that the specific summary has been added to the list. You can edit or delete the summary any time you want.
