To get started with integrating Olark with ClinchPad, click on Settings from the top menu.

Select Integrations from the left menu.

Scroll down to find Olark and click on Manage Integration.

Click on the blue button mentioning "+Integrate Olark".

Fill in the Chat Name exactly as it appears in Olark in the popup that appears. Select the Pipeline you would like the data in from the drop down menu. Also, you can select what stage you want these leads to be allocated in.

Once you're done, click on the blue button with Integrate on it.

After integrating, use the highlighted URL when you create a Webhook in Olark. You can find a guide to creating webhooks in Olark here

Once done, you should see Leads being created in ClinchPad whenever your Olark chat ends.
