You can set notifications to ensure that you are always appraised regarding the various activities performed on the leads. The ClinchPad application comes with different notification settings to help you choose the level of notifications you wish to receive. Notifications will be delivered on your Clinchpad account and your email id.
To select your notification setting click on settings from the top menu,
Select Notifications from the left menu, and modify your notification settings,
The ClinchPad application comes with three different notification settings -
1. ) Follow Everything - Selecting this option will notify the user of various activities performed on all the leads irrespective of the user assigned to the lead. For example, if User A selects this option then User A will get notifications for all leads irrespective of the user assigned to the lead.
2.) Follow My Leads - Selecting this option will notify the user of various activities performed on only those leads which are assigned to the user. For example, if User A selects this option then User A will get notifications for only those leads which are assigned to User A. This is the default setting.
3.) Follow Nothing - Selecting this option will turn off notifications for all the leads.
Select the option of your choice and click on Update.
In addition you can turn on notifications for specific leads by selecting the options "Follow" from the lead details page.
