The pipeline is designed to reflect the stages in your sales process and is customizable. The ClinchPad application comes with 5 default stages:  Lead, Contact, Offer, In Negotiation, and Closing.

You can perform any of the below functions to customize the pipeline 

1. Edit a stage's name
2. Add a new stage 
3. Delete an existing stage

1. Edit a stage's name

To edit the stage name, click on the cog icon next to the stage name and select Rename to enter a new name.

2. Add a new stage

To add a new stage click on the cog icon next to the stage name and choose whether to add the new stage to the left or right.

3. Delete an existing stage

To delete an existing stage click the cog icon next to the stage name and choose the delete option.
