You can create a filter for leads based on their products, sources, contacts, zones, or assignees. Filters are user account specific and both Admin and User level accounts can create and manage their own filters.
To create a filter, click on Create New Filter from the Pipeline menu,
In the pop up box, add criteria for the filter and give it a suitable title and then click on Create Filter.
Creating filters using "Match all these conditions"
Filters created using "Match all these conditions" will display only those leads where all the conditions specified in the filter are satisfied. For example, the filter shown below will display only the leads where both the product is '3 Ton crane for oil rig op', and source is not 'Site Visit'.
Creating filters using "Match any of these conditions"
Filters created using "Match any of these conditions" will display all those leads where any of the condition specified in the filter is satisfied. For example, the filter shown below will display all the leads which have product as 'Air ducts' or where source if 'ABC conference' .
Once the filter is created, it can be applied from the same menu selection.
